The team are excellent, always willing to help and answer questions. The boat was comfy and plenty of room on the pontoon. Great having the different options with snorkelling, submersible and underwater viewing.

A great trip out from start to finish. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The activities were fun. I have always avoided the pontoon but it was such a great experience and wish to bring my family back, as it caters for all interests. We did the guided snorkel tour, and were very happy with it. We also did the heli flight which was a really great experience.

From the moment we stepped aboard , we were impressed by the professional crew . Great day out, crew could not be more accommodating to cater for a wide variety of guests.

The submarine was excellent. A pod of dolphins followed us, we saw heaps of fish and coral. The whole day was special. The buffet was suberb. The trip out to the reef was scenic and informative. Patrick (lifeguard) was very helpful to a friend without his help she would not have been able to get in and out of the water. He made her day. Shannon was very helpful and informative. It was a great day out.

Good day out with a well oiled team. Big boat, felt a little like a ferry with the seating arrangement & staff style of management. Everything you need for a good day at a fantastic location, Agincourt Reef. Plenty of time there to explore at your leisure & options for non Swimmers & novices. Great facilities, all you need. Very different experience to the local company Wavelength, who we also went out with. Both great, but smaller local friendlier team vs bigger operation. We luckily went out with less than 50 people on board, which was perfect. Boat can cater for 200 which I wouldnt be so keen on & would feel pretty hectic.

Fantastic experience but the state of the pontoon and support vessels was not up to the otherwise professional standards. The roof of the pontoon is a disgrace, very run down. The outer reef infrastructure looked ‘tired’. Impossible to maintain social distancing while in allocated seating.

Amazing day on the water. All the staff were wonderful and helpful. We snorkelled with our 4 year old no worries at all. There was plenty of food and awesome snorkelling. Very well run. Loved it

The weather was very kind to us, so the review is very positive. The trip out was smooth as the vessel is huge. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times during the day. The semi-sub boat went for about 20 minutes and we saw heaps of fish and turtles. The best semi-sub trip I’ve had. Then we went snorkeling on the reef and the conditions were perfect for seeing thousands of fish of amazing varieties of size and colour. At times we were swimming through schools of fish. The trip back was also smooth and soothing after an awesome day out. Lunch was a good selection of food and there were salads, cold meats and two hot dishes, one vegetarian. The only downside was the morning and afternoon teas which were only a couple of packet biscuits.

We came here a long time ago and we weren't disappointed with our experience this time either. See the outer reef wonders again was just fabulous and it was good to have allocated seating this time. The meal was filling as well. The staff were very helpful with all the gear you needed. We went on a 10 minute flight in a helicopter which was a bit of an expensive thing to do. Not good value.

It has been a few years since we last travelled with Quicksilver to the Outer Reef and we were really impressed by the improvements to their service. The range of activities available, including for example the options for visitors in wheelchairs to enter the water safely, was really impressive - there really is something for everyone now. I had the privilege of a guided tour with a marine biologist and even though I have snorkelled quite a lot, she pointed out things I would absolutely have missed or not understood without her help. I was really impressed how current the information provided is - given that research into coral and reef systems is proceeding rapidly. Really a great day and highly recommended.
