  Very attentive service and staff take time to explain your dish to you. We got the steak which was cooked to perfection, and mocktails for those who don't/can't drink was also decent. The bread was served warm and was nice and soft with a side of olive oil and balsamic. All in all, the food was quite nice, the only thing that could have been improved was the souffle, which looked nice on top but lacked a bit of density down the bottom.The other thing to note is that it is inside the Hilton hotel so toilets are outside the restaurant across the foyer.

  Beautiful restaurant with extremely high ceilings located in Hilton hotel. Fine dining but without the snooty atmosphere, uber expensive prices, small portions and experimental food no normal person cares about. For $75 we got 3 great courses and a wine. Have been here multiple times and it's great. If you can get a discount voucher from the entertainment book, even better!

  Tried their 3 course vegan menu, was great. Needs some more variety in flavours as it was all very sweet but the best vegan menu I have had in Sydney

  Nothing memorable Been once for buffet breakfast and once for dinner. Enjoyed both however once is enough. Large selection for breakfast and dinner was lovely however there's nothing outstanding to return for.

  Always exclusive ambiance which I enjoy much, especially selection of degustation menu makes me excited. Excellent service. Lighting illumination is also good whereas other 7 star hotel restaurants in Australia often use too dim lighting and it ruins the vision of dishes and not really romantic. Overall A+
