A childhood that was centred around food, and an upbringing that taught the importance of food and family sparked a love of cooking in Milan Strbac at an early age. Always wanting to learn more about different cuisines and experience different ways of food preparation; led Milan to launching his career with an apprenticeship at Fez Café; a Moroccan / Arabian fusion café in Darlinghurst, located in Sydney’s eastern dining precinct.

Following this was a stint at Sydney’s infamous Marque Restaurant in Surry Hills; closely followed by the Brooklyn Hotel Italian Restaurant in Sydney’s vibrant CBD.
